In a friendly mountain setting, we will introduce you to our seasonal recipes, local cuisine and mountain specialties. Booking is recommended. New menus & cards to discover.
For 12 years now, we have welcomed you in a warm setting 800m from the village resort of Montclar.
Christophe will introduce you to seasonal cuisine that combines tradition and creativity, through the know-how of local producers.
In winter, next to the snow-capped peaks, meals are taken near the fireplace, in a cozy and mountain atmosphere. Crackling logs, shimmering colors, the omnipresent wood adds a warm touch.
In summer, you will enjoy the superb south-facing terrace in the heart of a park with trees and flowers from spring to autumn. Under the first rays of the sun, you will appreciate a clear view of the snow-capped peaks of the valley. After a good meal, the less courageous will take advantage of the sunbathing areas scattered throughout our garden to soak up the air of our mountains and let themselves be rocked in the arms of Morpheus.
Because after a meal at Les Alisiers, it’s certain that you won’t want to leave the place! Its chef Christophe has carved out a reputation well beyond the Vallée de la Blanche, and many of his loyal customers travel the region to taste his unique recipes.
Passionate, Christophe enjoys revisiting traditional recipes with local products, which he personally chooses from local producers:
Sheep from Lorsnet, Goat from Auzet, Einkorn and Flour from La Garde, Apple Juice from Montclar, Honey from Seyne les Alpes, Beer from the valley, Meat from local breeders, cow's cheese from the Dairy Cooperative... it's the quality of each of these ingredients which makes each creation of the Chef unique.
