We are pleased to welcome you to the Table du Refuge. We place a central place on respect for the environment. For us, for you and for future generations, we do everything we can to minimize the impact of our activity on the environment.

WE ARE RAISING AWARENESS AMONG OUR TEAMS AND OUR CUSTOMERS
Our teams are trained upon arrival in the eco-friendly actions to follow in their daily tasks.
We choose our service providers and suppliers based on their sustainable and social commitments.

WE SAVE WATER AND ENERGY
We read our water and electricity meters every day to better optimize our consumption.
We replace each bulb with an LED or low-energy bulb and have already equipped more than 90% of our lighting.
All of our lighting is LED, which allows for energy savings and similar comfort for our customers.
We have installed presence detectors/timers in certain common areas/corridors to limit energy waste.

WE LIMIT AND SORT WASTE
We work with a majority of products in bulk or in large packaging to limit unnecessary packaging.

WE CARE ABOUT THE WELL-BEING OF OUR CUSTOMERS
We cook seasonal and local products and we adapt to certain special diets.
For the well-being of our teams and yours, we have banned bleach, which is irritating to the respiratory tract and toxic to aquatic organisms.
Our establishment is completely non-smoking.

Since 2010, we have reduced our energy consumption by 50%.
