Lecture by Michel du Dé Vert. Presentation of the chocolate sector and demonstration followed by the sale of products. Open to everyone.
Our favorite product is the tablet. We work only with small cocoa producers in an ethical approach. Our cocoa beans come from Venezuela, Mexico and Nicaragua. Our chocolates highlight the aromas of each bean and their terroir.
We also make confectionery: fruit jellies, marshmallows, chocolate-coated dried fruits, etc.
