The stars of Saint-Vincent are black stone fossils, shaped like 5-pointed stars, whose surface appears decorated with geometric patterns. It was from 1850, with the magnificent creations of the Dignois jeweler Antoine Colomb, that the stars of Saint-Vincent were made into jewelry. They become a symbol for the town of Digne.
