Treatments are scheduled in the morning. During busy periods (September or October), treatments can also be scheduled in the afternoon. Spa treatments are individual for massages and bath treatments. They are collective for mobilization exercises in the pool. Bathrobes and towels are provided, but remember to bring a bathing suit, plastic sandals and a bathing cap.
