Program

3 days of cycling to conquer breathtaking panoramas of the Haute-Provence Geopark and the Verdon Natural Park. Departures from the tourist office in Château-Arnoux from April to November, from 2 to 12 people.
The Route: 320 km – 4700 D+

Day 1: A first step that will appeal to lovers of climbing. Departure in the Val de Durance towards the Hautes Terres de Provence, a day with superb alpine reliefs, many switchbacks, passage near the Serre-Ponçon lake nestled in the middle of the mountains and end of the stage in the Blanche valley in the small village countryside of Verdaches.

Day 2: This second stage will allow you to warm up with an easy start, then the route only goes up and down through small roads and sumptuous gorges. Crossing the Clues de Barles before arriving in Digne-les-Bains to continue the stage to the lake of Sainte-Croix and its famous Gorges du Verdon.

Day 3: This last easier day offers a typical Provençal experience with the crossing of the Valensole plateau and the lavender fields, then towards the expanses of olive trees of the Val de Durance and the rocks of the Pénitents des Mées, possibility of extending the end of the stage by the Challenge de la Montagne de Lure.
