Séjour 2 jours en Vélo de Route – Le Tour Provence-Alpes

The Route: 210 km – 3650 D+

Day 1: This is a very playful stage between winding road and alpine landscapes, you will appreciate the lightly traveled roads. Set off on a climber’s stage to conquer 4 Alpine passes. It is also the discovery of an exceptional landscape with a passage near the citadel of Sisteron, plunging views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and the large forests of the Vallée de la Blanche.

Day 2: This second stage will allow you to warm up with an easy departure in the heart of the UNESCO Geopark of Haute-Provence with the crossing of small roads and sumptuous gorges in the Clues de Barles. Then the rest of your stage will challenge you to climb two passes successively in the heart of preserved nature.

Day 1: Château-Arnoux => Verdaches
Distance: 108km
Positive elevation: 2180 m
Vertical drop: 1480 m

Day 2: Verdaches => Château-Arnoux
Distance: 102km
Positive elevation: 1460 m
Vertical drop: 2150 m

The price includes : baggage transfers from one stop to another for 2 days. Half-board accommodation in a stopover gite** in Verdaches: sports dinner (wine and coffee included), breakfast in the form of a sweet and savory sports brunch. Night in room (sheets included but bring towel). Tourist tax.
