Description
In the heart of the Pays Dignois, independent house comprising two gîtes and the owners' accommodation on a large, partly enclosed plot of 3000 m² with shared access to the owners' swimming pool, heated from mid-April to mid-October; access to the bowling green (balls provided) and the outdoor ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided). Small garden and terrace under wooden "pagoda" arbor, private to the gite located on the ground floor.
The Namasté cottage is well equipped and very functional; sheets are provided and beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen is also provided. Due to its location on the ground floor, the ambient temperature inside the cottage is very comfortable, an air conditioner was installed in 2022 for the summer period.
The cottage is located a few meters from the swimming pool, accessible by a gate.
