Very typical of the "South of France", the Hotel-Restaurant du Château offers aromatic cuisine with the scents of Provence : ratatouille, candied garlic heads, stuffed vegetables, aïoli, anchoïade, tournedos Rossini, a marinated St-Jacques, a back of cod with morel (mushrooms), without forgetting of course the Provencal Daube, the pieds & paquets of Sisteron or duck leg with velvety eggplant.
Our generous card will take you to other culinary adventures. St Jacques, truffles (seasonal), foie gras, gambas, saffron and curry, morel and cêpes (mushrooms), roquefort, honey, candied pears, melon of Provence, tomatoes and eggplants, enough to awaken your senses and your taste buds.
