Very typical "South of France", the Hotel-Restaurant du Château offers aromatic, homemade cuisine with the scents of Provence.
Ratatouille, candied garlic heads, stuffed vegetables, aioli and other anchoïade but why not also a Rossini tournedos, a marinated raw scallop or a back of cod with morels, without forgetting of course, the stew provençale, Sisteron feet and packets or duck leg with aubergine velouté.
Our generous menu will take you to other culinary adventures, St-Jacques, truffles (in season), foie gras, prawns, saffron and curry, morels and ceps, Roquefort, honey, candied pears, melon de Provence, tomatoes and aubergines. .. enough to awaken your senses and your taste buds.
