Very typical "South of France", the Hotel-Restaurant du Château offers aromatic, homemade cuisine with the scents of Provence.
Ratatouille, candied garlic heads, stuffed vegetables, aioli and other anchoïade but why not also a Rossini tournedos, a marinated raw scallop or a back of cod with morels, without forgetting of course, the stew provençale, Sisteron feet and packets or duck leg with aubergine velouté.
