It is a pure fruit juice resulting from the assembly of three varieties: Aglandau, Picholine and Frantoio.
Today, the Moulin Fortuné Arizzi team goes beyond the production of an exceptional Olive Oil, in the heart of Haute Provence and within a typically Provençal and green farmhouse, it invites its visitors to discover the history and culture of the olive tree, the production of olive oil and its health benefits with a guided tour and an educational video seen by all visitors.

-Visit of the dovecote eco-museum
-Tasting of olive oil and regional products

The Pigeonniers ecomuseum; The centerpiece of the estate, the magnificent dovecote houses the first ecomuseum of dovecotes in the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur region. Visitors discover different varieties of nests, numerous photographs of dovecotes and some historical explanations.
