Manufacture of artisanal ice creams and sorbets, based on fresh and quality products. Sale to take away by cone, small pot or tray. Frozen desserts on order. Various delicacies.

Description

After obtaining the pastry chef and ice cream maker CAPs as a free candidate, I found a garage to rent from the municipality of Thoard, which I have completely converted into a production laboratory that meets the required hygiene standards. Open since June 2019, I manufacture and sell my products directly to my laboratory and on the Aiglun market with a trailer specially designed for this purpose. More occasionally, I take part in summer fairs and markets. Here, everything is homemade, from the topping to the cone! My ice creams are without dyes or preservatives, made with milk from the Buissonet farm and eggs from the Pesquier farm, they come to fill delicious crispy cones, pots or containers. My stabilizers are natural and organic, all sugars, chocolates and dried fruits too. The fruits for the sorbets are fresh and mostly come from local and/or organic producers. The flavors vary according to the desires, the seasons...
I also offer ice cream sticks, frozen desserts to order and some delicacies: white or black nougat, salted butter caramels, spread, meringues, nougatine, gingerbread...
My season begins in April until the end of September and then resumes in mid-November to prepare for the end-of-year celebrations with frozen logs.
The opening days for the takeaway sale in Thoard are: Thursday from 16:30 p.m. to 19 p.m. April/May/June/September, Monday and Thursday from 16:30 p.m. to 19 p.m. July/August. On the Aiglun market on Tuesdays from 15:30 p.m. to 19 p.m. from April to September and November/December. My ice creams are also available at the pizzeria La Grupi and at the grocery store in Thoard, at the restaurant La Chouette Gourmande in Champtercier, at the Dromon in St Geniez, at the Etal des 3 vallées in Digne-les-Bains, and at the Coin Paysan at La Javie.
I also offer services for your private parties (wedding, birthday...), or in hospital structures (retirement home, hospital...).

Container of 750 ml: 9 euros or 11 euros (red fruits).
