Original farm where saffron flowers bloom due south. Quality production for a spicy and colorful traditional cuisine.

Sensory animations of aromatic plants and saffron. Educational workshops (Racines PACA network).

Tasting of saffron products on the weekly market of Digne-les-Bains on Saturdays and Wednesdays, except October (harvest period).

Reception in lodging via the peasant reception network. Table d'hôtes for those welcomed.
