What is a UNESCO Geopark?

It is a territory labeled by UNESCO for its geological heritage, but also natural, cultural and intangible. There are 127 UNESCO Geoparks around the world. The UNESCO Geopark of Haute Provence is the first to have been created. Through its sites, it invites you on a journey through time, to discover the last 300 million years of our planet.
