The Chemin de Puimichel n°5 – Easy 7km – 1h45

Description

Departure from Malijai, left bank of the bleone, right bank car park under the Chateaux. From the roundabout near the Bléone bridge, take the road to Puimichel, then immediately, the street on the right in the housing estate.
At the first crossroads, follow the chemin de la Colline, then the first street on the right. This continues after 100m by a forest track.
After 250m, you reach the bottom of the Fontette ravine, which you leave very quickly to reach a "croupe" path.
Always following this one, alternating the shade of the oaks and the unobstructed views of the Bléone, you gradually reach, via a steep slope, a first ridge then the plateau of Puimichel. This magnificent point of view offers you a 360° panorama over Haute-Provence. After passing a few crops of cereals and aromatic plants, go back down to Malijai on your left, following a second "Puimichel path" through the woods. You can also continue straight ahead in the direction of "Haut-Val" then Chénerilles.
