Description
After the ridge passage begins the descent to the village of Mirabeau, then a track goes up to the Col des Pénitents in the town of L'Escale. The route continues on the Napoleon trail to the castle of Malijai. Further on, at the roundabout, take the track that leads under the rocks of Les Pénitents des Mées. The road continues to the Cassine district to reach the perched village of Montfort, and takes the Roman road to Chateauneuf Val St Donat. Return to the starting point by a forest track.
