This route allows you to go from Les Mées to Château-Arnoux via a very beautiful path in the countryside.

Description
Departure from Mées village square. The connection to the left bank of the Durance is essentially on wide paths with very little difference in altitude, it is an easy route which follows the flow of the water along the river and passing at the foot of the rocks of Pénitents aux Mées.
