Description

Departure from the town hall of Château-Arnoux, starting from the Renaissance castle, first cross the old village to the Blachon cemetery.
From there, the circuit takes a forest track in the middle of the pine woods before joining the Jean Baptiste road, built in 1667. A little extra effort takes you to the orientation table which overlooks the building and which offers you a view of the Val de Durance. The return begins from the chapel and takes place through dry thickets of oaks and maples. At the bottom of the hill, reach the town hall in 500m, via the St Jean reservoir road, then on the left the Pierraret road and on the right the climb to the oratory.
