This 150 km hiking route (8 to 10 days of walking) is punctuated by "Refuges", ancient habitats restored by Andy Goldsthworthy who also created a sculpture for each of these sites.
The surrounding area of Digne les Bains, in the heart of the UNESCO Geopark of Haute Provence, has the largest collection of works by the artist.
