Audio balade #3 : Saint-Auban, l'étrange poésie

Saint-Auban, the strange poetry – Loïc Guénin
The Durance Theater has entrusted Loïc Guénin, composer, with the creation of his third audio ballad, entitled Saint-Auban, the strange poetry.
A musical work that accompanies a walk, in the form of a file to download, then to listen to throughout the course. Loïc Guénin surrounded himself with musicians Pascale Berthelot, Xavier Charles and Éric Brochard for this creation. From walks collected from the inhabitants and then transmitted to an artist, we invite you to take a fresh look at our territory, to walk known paths or to explore new ones, accompanied by an incredible musical composition specially imagined for your walk.

The work created here invites you to discover or re-discover the city of Saint-Auban.

“The discovery of this former working-class town born at the beginning of the XNUMXth century with the installation of the Pechiney factory deeply touched me. Walking among the sounds and images of this residential area gives rise to a poetic stroll where past, present and future are constantly intertwined. I wanted to invite several artists to join me, to create a singular object, following, in six stages, a course that can be apprehended in its entirety as by small successive touches. I invite you to let yourself be led by the sounds and images of this orthogonal city, to stroll, to observe and to feel the strange poetry that emerges and breathes here. »
