Prads Haute Bleone
Prads Haute Bléone is a village located on the mountainous territory of the Dignois country.

This large town comprising several hamlets or villages, such as Blégiers, Chanolles, Saume Longe..., represents the high mountain sector of the Pays Dignois and the UNESCO Geopark of Haute Provence. Prads Haute Bléone culminates at 2690 m at the Tête de l'Estrop. It is also a superb ascent from the refuge of the same name which allows you to benefit from an exceptional panorama.

Prads is also a forest and pastoral commune where the geology is exposed without restraint. From the village of Chanolles, a 2 to 3 hour round trip hike on the side of the Cheval Blanc mountain will take you to the skeleton of the Ichthyosaur of La Mélaie. This one lived at the end of the Lower Cretaceous, so it is very different from that of the Robine since about 80 million years separate them. It will also be an opportunity to discover wild and majestic landscapes.

Departing from the village, thrill seekers can set off on a free Via Ferrata (equipment rental at the Mandala campsite).
