Established since 1986 in the heart of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, AGRO'NOVAE is a family agri-food factory which creates, manufactures and markets fruit-based specialties (jams, compotes, culinary confits) under its commercial brand "Comtes de Provence". , …). Known for its traditional know-how and its specific manufacturing processes as a Living Heritage Company, the company carries its values ​​through its brand: creativity, naturalness, quality, French and Provençal culinary traditions. We have chosen to implement the SME+ CSR standard to express our commitments to local employment, the environment and human values.
The traditional fruit processing methods developed by the Manufacture are original and specific. They favor the mastery of the human hand with regard to cooking, mechanization and modern digitalization of other stages of manufacturing. This makes our company an authentic factory. In our workshops, master jam makers cook the recipes in custom-made open cauldrons, choosing the ingredients, the quantities used and the cooking times.

Visit of the manufacturing workshops on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. (from May to October / except August) – from 3 to 8 people – 10 years old minimum – Registration required by email or telephone, €2/person – tasting and welcome gift at the end of the visit.
Factory store open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 17 p.m.

The company is part of the Route des Saveurs et Senteurs de Haute Provence
The Route des Saveurs et des Senteurs was created in 2011 by a collective of around fifteen artisanal and industrial companies from Haute Provence keen to promote and share their know-how by showing people around their manufacturing premises.

In 2023, after several years of existence and success, the collective decided to take the Route in a new direction by extending the concept to new businesses, farmers, places of catering, accommodation and of culture that respect our charter of commitment and values.
