The Peyruisiens History and Heritage association promotes the historical heritage of the village.
The Peyruisiens History and Heritage Association created “La Balade des Fontaines” in 2022:
Peyruis is called the “city of fountains” because of its many springs, the most important of which are the Grande Fontaine spring on the hillside above the Champ de Gau district and the Chante-Merle spring to the north of the castle.
These sources feed the 8 fountains which mark a walk to discover the history of the village.
