For its 1st editionthe World Amateur Rugby Festival from 22 to 30 September 2023, 16 international teams will compete for the title during the a week of competition intense and unprecedented. Divided into 4 pools of 4 teams, the qualifying matches will take place in 4 of the 7 host cities on 23 and 24 September 2023. Next up: the final stages to showcase Haute-Provence.
The town of Digne-les-Bains will be delighted to welcome the final stages of the World Amateur Rugby Championship. For the occasion, a opening ceremony will be held on Wednesday 27 September starting at 6pm on the Place du Général de Gaulle. At the end of a week of competition, you can enjoy the pleasures of oval sports at the semi-finals and finals, 30 September at the Jean Rolland stadium.
And to round off this week dedicated to the oval ball, the Potes of the TOP collective offers you an exceptional evening from 8pm at the Palais des Congrès in Digne-les-Bains.
