The exhibition will highlight artists' books for young people from the collection of the CNAP (national center for plastic arts) as well as the Departmental Loan Media Library in order to promote its rich collection of artists' books.

This exhibition, designed in a tone that is both fun and informative, is an opportunity to delve into the world of books in all its forms. Beyond the words or the letter, the book object, in the lineage of Concrete Art, is transformed by opening sensitive spaces through composition (via color, typography and drawing), but also through qualities of the paper itself (its texture, its weight, the breakthroughs offered by cutouts and transparencies in their superposition, etc.) and invites children and adults to multiple discoveries and reflections on what a book is.
A mediation program (guided tours and workshops, space adapted for young audiences) will be offered throughout the exhibition.

Opening on July 06, 2024 in conjunction with the Aladin Borioli exhibition at the Cairn Foyer d'art.
